Welcome to Entertainment Zone, a free and interactive platform for entertainers and entertainment lovers hereby states the following as its Terms of Use. The terms “Entertainment Zone”, “The Service” and Entertainment Zone Network as used in these Terms of Use mean the same thing.

The use of this www.e.weinformers.net website is subject to the following Terms of Use. These Terms of Use govern our relationship with you and others who interact with this social network/entertainment website.

1. GENERAL RULES AND DEFINITIONS

1.1 If you choose to use the www.e.weinformers.net or any of the features of this website “site”, including but not limited to groups, forums, blogs, classes, chats, RSS, resources and widget downloads (the “Service”), you will be agreeing to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use between you and Entertainment Zone on the  www.e.weinformers.net platform.

1.2 The Entertainment Zone may change, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time, which shall become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility as a user of the www.e.weinformers.net site and services to review these Terms of Use prior to each use of the Site and by continuing to use this Site, you agree to any changes.

1.3 IF ANY OF THESE RULES OR ANY FUTURE CHANGES ARE UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP OR DESIST FROM USING THE SITE YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICE NOW, OR FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF NOTICE OF ANY CHANGES IN THESE OPERATING RULES, WILL INDICATE ACCEPTANCE BY YOU OF SUCH RULES, CHANGES, OR MODIFICATIONS.

1.4 The Entertainment Zone may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services on the site at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database, or content. www.e.weinformers.net may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability. Notice that no notification may be made to users of this website before or after changes have been made.

2. Privacy

2.1 Your privacy is very important to us. We designed our Privacy Policy to make important disclosures about how you can use The Entertainment Zone to share with others and how we collect and can use your content and information.  We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy, and to use it to help make informed decisions.

3.0 Sharing Your Content and Information

3.1 You own all of the content and information you post on The Entertainment Zone, and you can control how it is shared through your Privacy settings. In addition:

1. You grant The Entertainment Zone the Submissions you make, which includes without limitation the right for Entertainment Zone Network or any third party The Entertainment Zone designates, to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify and adapt (including without limitation the right to adapt to streaming, downloading, broadcast, mobile, digital, thumbnail, scanning or other technologies) in any form or media now known or hereinafter developed, any Submission posted by you on or to The Entertainment Zone, including any Submission posted on the website through a third party. When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).
2. When you use an application external to The Entertainment Zone, your content and information is shared with the application.  We require applications to respect your privacy, and your agreement with that application will control how the application can use, store, and transfer that content and information.
3. When you publish content or information using the “all users” setting, it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of The Entertainment Zone, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and profile pictures).

1. You are solely responsible for the content of your Submissions. However, while  Entertainment Zone does not and cannot review every Submission and is not responsible for the content of these messages, The Entertainment Zone reserves the right to delete, move, or edit Submissions that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable.

1. We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about The Entertainment Zone, but you understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).
2. Any person involved in or affiliated with the production of a work reviewed on The Entertainment Zone may not submit a Readers’ Review for that work or competing works and if they do, a clear declaration of should be made indicating they are from the company or competitor.

4.0 Safety

4.1 We do our best to keep The Entertainment Zone and all our platforms safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to do that, which includes the following commitments:

1. You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications, including spam on The Entertainment Zone Network
2. You will not collect users’ content or information, or otherwise access The Entertainment Zone Network, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.
3. You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on The Entertainment Zone Network.
4. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code onto The Entertainment Zone Network
5. You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
6. You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
7. You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
8. You will not develop or operate a third-party application containing alcohol-related or other mature content (including advertisements) without appropriate clearly communicated age-based restrictions.
9. You will not offer any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes (“promotion”) on The Entertainment Zone Network without our prior written consent. If we consent, you take full responsibility for the promotion, and will follow any agreed guidelines and all applicable laws.
10. You will not use The Entertainment Zone Network to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
11. You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of The Entertainment Zone Network, such as a denial of service attack.
12. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.

5.0 Registration and Account Security

5.1 The Entertainment Zone Network users provide their real names and information, and we need your help to keep it that way. Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:

1. You will not provide any false personal information on The Entertainment Zone, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
2. You will not create more than one personal profile.
3. If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
4. You will not use your personal profile for your own commercial gain (such as selling your status update to an advertiser) although you are free to sell products and services.
5. You will not use The Entertainment Zone Network if you are under 14.
6. You will not use The Entertainment Zone Network if you are a convicted sex offender.
7. You will Endeavour to keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
8. You will not share your password, (or in the case of developers, your secret key), let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
9. You will not transfer your account (including any page or application you administer) to anyone outside this network without first getting our written permission.
10. If you select a username for your account we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user’s actual name).
11. You have the responsibility to keep your passwords secure and not share your account with anyone else.

6.0 Protecting Other People’s Rights

6.1 We respect other people’s rights, and expect you to do the same.

1. You shall not upload to, or distribute or otherwise publish on to the website any libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise illegal material.
2. Be courteous. You agree that you will not threaten or verbally abuse other Members, use defamatory language, or deliberately disrupt discussions with repetitive messages, meaningless messages or “spam.”

1. Use respectful language. Like any community, the online conversation flourishes only when our Members feel welcome and safe. You agree not to use language that abuses or discriminates on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual preference, age, region, disability, etc. Hate speech of any kind is grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of access to all or part of the Service.
2. Debate, but don’t attack. In a community full of opinions and preferences, people always disagree. The Entertainment Zone Network encourages active discussions and welcomes heated debate on the website. But personal attacks are a direct violation of these Terms of Use and are grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of access to all or part of the website.
3. All materials published on www.e.weinformers.net (including, but not limited to news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, also known as the “Content”) are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by The Entertainment Zone Network, the members who post such information or the party credited as the provider of the Content. You shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content accessed through this site.
4. 3.6 By making a Submission, you are effectively consenting to its display on the site and for related online and offline promotional uses.

1. You will not post content or take any action on The Entertainment Zone Network that infringes or violates someone else’s rights or otherwise violates the law.
2. We can remove any content or information you post on The Entertainment Zone Network if we believe that it violates these Terms of Use.
3. All posts and information you put on this network should be owned by you and you will undertake all legal steps to protect your copyright.
4. If we remove your content for infringing someone else’s copyright, and you believe we removed it by mistake, we will provide you with an opportunity to appeal.
5. If you repeatedly infringe other people’s intellectual property rights, we will disable your account as appropriate.
6. If you collect information from users, you will: make it clear you (as Group or Forum administrator) or in any other capacity are the one collecting their information, and post a privacy policy explaining what information you collect and how you will use it.
7. You will not post anyone’s identification documents or sensitive financial information on The Entertainment Zone Network.
8. You will not tag users or send email invitations to non-users without their consent.
9. You will not force members to join  your groups or forums or send them unsolicited emails or posts,

Content on this website, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to the Entertainment Zone Network or its owners, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided “AS IS” and on an “IS AVAILABLE” basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
2. You acknowledge that any submissions you make to the website (i.e., user-generated content including but not limited to: comments, forum messages, reviews, text, shared groups, forum, blogs, video, audio and photographs, as well as computer code and applications) (each, a “Submission”) may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, and displayed by The Entertainment Zone Network and you waive any rights you may have in having the material altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to you.

7. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

1. 5.1 You represent, warrant and covenant (a) that no materials of any kind submitted through your account will (i) violate, plagiarize, or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights; or (ii) contain libelous or otherwise unlawful material; and (b) that you are at least fourteen years old. You hereby indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Catholics Network, and all officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you or any user of your account of these Terms of Use or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any such claim. The Entertainment Zone Network reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

1. Neither The Entertainment Zone Network nor its owners represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, review or other information displayed, uploaded, or distributed through the Service (this website) by any user, information provider or any other person or entity. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information shall be at your sole risk. THE SERVICE AND ALL DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE ARE DISTRIBUTED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

1. As part of the registration process, you will select a password and a username. You also have to give us certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated. (a) You may not (i) select or use a username of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a username in which another person has rights without such person’s authorization; or (iii) use a username that The Entertainment Zone Network, in its sole discretion, deems offensive. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of these Terms of Service, which may result in immediate termination of your account. (b) You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, which you will not have to reveal to any representative or agent of The Entertainment Zone Network.
2. You shall notify info(at)weinformers.net of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information.
3. You are responsible for all usage or activity on your the Entertainment Zone Network account, including use of the account by any third party authorized by you to use your username or Member ID and password. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account, at The Entertainment Zone Network’s sole discretion, and we may refer you to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS, FEES AND PAYMENTS

1. The Catholics Network reserves the right at any time to charge subscriptions, fees for access to Entertainment Zone of the site or the Service as a whole. However, in no event will you be charged for access to the site unless we obtain your prior agreement to pay such charges. Thus, if at any time The Catholics Network requires a fee for portions of the Service that are now free (e.g., a specific content subscription fee, payment or facilitation for writing or viewing some articles, answering questions), The Entertainment Zone Network will give you advance notice of such fees and the opportunity to cancel the account or access to the particular areas or services before such charges are imposed. You shall pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including, but not limited to charges for any products or services offered for sale through the site by The Entertainment Zone Network or by any other vendor or service provider. All fees and charges shall be billed to and paid for by you. You shall pay all applicable taxes relating to use of the Service through your account.

10. COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE ENTERTAINMENT ZONE AND MEMBERS

1. If you indicate on your registration form that you want to receive such information, The Entertainment Zone Network, its owners and assigns, might allow certain third party vendors to provide you with information about products and services.
2. The Entertainment Zone Network reserves the right to send electronic mail to you for the purpose of informing you of changes or additions to the Service.
3. The Entertainment Zone Network reserves the right to disclose information about your usage and demographics, provided that it will not reveal your personal identity in connection with the disclosure of such information. Advertisers and/or Licensees on our Web site may collect and share information about you only if you indicate your acceptance. For more information please read the Privacy policy of The Entertainment Zone Network.
4. The Entertainment Zone Network may contact you via e-mail regarding your participation in user surveys, asking for feedback on the Web site and existing or prospective products and services. This information will be used to improve our Web site and better understand our users, and any information we obtain in such surveys will not be shared with third parties, except in aggregate form.

11. TERMINATION

bb.  You may terminate your account at any time by sending e-mail to: info(at)weinformers.net asking to be removed from membership to The Entertainment Zone Network. Upon termination, you will receive an automated confirmation via e-mail that the request was received, and your access will be suspended within 24 hours. You are responsible for any and all charges incurred (for products or services purchased) up to the time the account is deactivated.

1. The Entertainment Zone Network may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site for any reason, including, without limitation, breach or assignment of these Terms of Use.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

dd.   These Terms of Use have been made in and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the Law of the United States of America and the Law of Uganda. Any action to enforce these Terms of Use shall be brought in the Courts of Uganda and or the federal or state courts located in USA.

1. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, nothing in these Terms of Use will serve to preempt the promises made in our Privacy Policy.

3. You agree to report any copyright violations of the Terms of Use to The Entertainment Zone Network as soon as you become aware of them.
